HGG NPO Sustainability Solutions PTY (Ltd) offers an accredited SETA NQF 4 Real Estate qualification. The course covers knowledge, skills and values needed in the property and real estate sector.
This qualification is for any individual who is, or wishes to be, involved in the property and real estate industry. The qualification fulfils the requirements for admission to the professional examination for estate agents, to be conducted by the Estate Agency Affairs Board, the successful completion of which will entitle the candidate to be registered as a non-principal estate agent by the Estate Agency Affairs Board.
Our learnership training programme for new interns entering the real estate industry is covered over a period of 10 months. Learners receive theoretical training on three clusters within the Real Estate profession, namely legal, financial and functional. Learners are then required to complete a test, known as the Final Summative Assessment, after each cluster.
Real Estate Agents who have been in the industry for more than 12 months, with a current Fidelity Fund Certificate issued by the Estate Agency Affairs Board, may complete the qualification via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Agents are given six months in which to complete the RPL portfolio in their own time and submit accordingly. An online introductory session is given to each learner as they embark on their RPL journey.
